In an effort to assist schools in the process of reflection and creating reflective learning environments, the author presents his "Taxonomy of Reflection" which is grounded in Bloom's approach. The model is presented as follows: 1) a taxonomy of reflection, 2) the reflective student, 3) the reflective teacher, and 4) the reflective principal.
